FIT Group Classes
We offer 5 Group Classes. Classes range in size from 6-7 people. Call to reserve your spot!
Ab Blast
30 min of constant abdominal execise and ab combinations. (moderate intensity)
Tone Zone
30 minutes of toning and conditioning, stretching, light weights and core work. (low intensity)
Stretch Class
30 minutes - Stretching with mild strengthening movements. Great for people with limited flexibility as well as those with active lifestyles trying to fit in time to care for sore, tight muscles. This class is for any level of fitness. No shoes needed to take this class.
Superhuman
1 hour – Interval training, cardio work, balance, stability and core training for the beginner to intermediate level individual (Medium to high intensity)
Whipped!
1 hour – Advanced endurance training with includes cardio, core and strength interval training. This class is for the intermediate to advanced individual (high intensity)
TRX/Step
1 hour interval training class utilitizing the TRX and a Step to maximize your core, cardio, plyometric, and strength abilities. This class can be adjusted to anyone from beginner to advanced. (moderate to high intensity)
Morning Flow
Morning Flow is for all levels offering options for where ever you are in your health journey. This class will offer postures that will challenge your overall body strength, range of motion and balance. Always listen to your body and allow your strengths and abilities to guide the intensity of your practice.
Start your day with mindful movement and walk out of the studio feeling alert and ready for your weekend plans.
Core Flow
Combining the work of strengthening your core and the mindful movements of yoga creates a wonderful experience of working hard but feeling de-stressed by the end of class. This class focuses on the deep core muscles that allow for stabilizing and strengthening the abdominals and back. Range of motion and flexibility will also be addressed during the practice; which will, overtime with consistency and discipline, allow the practitioner to access muscles that are usually unaccessible due to tight muscles and joints, resulting in a healthier, stronger core. This class ideal for experienced beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners.
